Q&A received: 1) “Our main question would be if your end user is looking for more of a rugged server environment with a KVM and a backup battery or if they were looking for a rugged laptop? From the specs, they appear to indicate a server but then there is a screen size listed there as well which would indicate a ruggedized laptop.” We are looking for a server configuration 2) “What form factor is required?” Less than 16 ½ W x 11D x 3 ½ H. No greater than 19 ½ W x 13 ½ D x 4 ¼ H.
