59 -- Black Server Racks

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools and supplies to deliver and install ten (10) black server racks. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 332999, with a business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% full and open to all responsive bidders. Note: If small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, requirement will not be reported to the Electronic Posting System (EPS). You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
