This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ A-FY14-MXS, Pantograph Refueling Tube. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The associated NAICS code is 332911 with a 500 employees size standard to be considered a small business. This requirement is not a small business set-aside. The required delivery date is NLT 30 January 2015. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7 to be eligible for award. The contractor must provide all required equipment, materials and instal the pantograph as described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) in Attachment 1. A proposal of how the contractor will meet the needs specified in the SOO must be submitted with the price to be considered responsive. Drawings and specifications as applicable are encouraged. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014. Estimated time is 10:00am.
