The objective of this sole source award is to procure non-personal services for Laboratory Document Control and Continuing Education Services Software Subscription. The services provided by MediaLab are vital to the 60 MDG Diagnostics and Therapeutics Laboratory and Armed Forces Whole Blood Processing Laboratory (AFWBPL) ability to operate at Travis. The anticipated period of performance for is one base year plus four option periods, from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2031. MediaLab LLC’s integrated information management solution consolidates all essential functions including document control, competency management, and inspection preparation into one comprehensive platform that supports efficient laboratory operations. Customers such as the David Grant Medical Center Laboratory and ASWBPL-West rely on this mission-critical system not only for smooth day-to-day operations but also to ensure compliance with the rigorous federal standards set by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).
