B-1 Overwing Fairing Mandrel Anodizing Solicitation Ellsworth AFB, SD 26 February 2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for B-1 Overwing Fairing Mandrel Anodizing at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. Submit written price lists (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FA4690-15-A-0005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 effective 29 January 2015, DFAR Change Notice 20150115 effective 15 January 2015, and AFFARS AFAC 2014-1001 effective 01 October 2014. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 332813 with a 500 employees size standard. The projected award will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Offeror must be approved to perform anodizing for United States Air Force in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Approval must be obtained by the B-1 Systems Program Office at Tinker AFB, OK. This RFQ contains 2 line items. The line item description are as follows: CLIN 0001 : Anodizing of casing part number L3223664-003 to Type III - Hard Anodic Coating standards, in accordance with attached Military Specification (MIL-A-8625F); casing is 11.5 inches long and 477 grams in weight: Quantity: 1 EACH. CLIN 0002 : Anodizing of casing part number L3223664-005 to Type III - Hard Anodic Coating standards, in accordance with attached Military Specification (MIL-A-8625F); casing is 10.8 inches long and 463 grams in weight: Quantity: 1 EACH.
