The original posting follows: DLA Troop Support is requesting quotes for a room block and meeting space for the 2026 Joint Medical Acquisition Talks (JMAT), a two-day conference. The desired dates for the event are 16 June 2026 through 17 June 2026. The event requires use of a single facility with a room block (estimated 215 rooms), meeting space (estimated 400 attendees), audio-visual equipment, and wireless internet connectivity as described in the Statement of Work. The location must be located within 15 miles of the Naval Supply Activity at 700 Robbins St, Philadelphia, PA, 19111 and the location must be an approved accommodation listed on the List of Approved Hotels and Motels for Federal Travelers located at https://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel/. (41 CFR 301-74.9 and 41 CFR 300-3.1). Third-party hotel booking and event planning services are not included in the Statement of Work. Desired Dates: Conference Rooms and Audiovisual Equipment 16 June 2026 through noon on 17 June 2026; Room block – nights of 15 June 2026 and 16 June 2026, with check-out at 1:00pm on 17 June 2026.
