The purpose of this amendment (0003) is to provide responses to questions submitted by potential offerors. The Government s responses to vendor questions are provided as an attachment to this amendment. These responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not change the terms or conditions of the solicitation unless explicitly stated. Offerors are reminded to consider this information when preparing their proposals. If any changes to the solicitation are required based on these responses, they will be issued via a separate amendment. The due date and time for receipt of offers remains: December 12, 2025, at 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
