The National Park Service, Big South Fork NRRA/Facility Management, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, haul, and deliver 3 orders (650 ton, 2600 ton, and 1800 ton) of various limestone aggregate to several locations within the park KY and TN. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 327992 Ground or treated mineral and earth manufacturing, additional NAICS Code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project.
