This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request forProposal(RFP). The acquisition is subject to the North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) code of 237310 with a size standard of $33.5million. This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor,supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, andequipment necessary in the construction project. The principal componentsofwork include installing government-furnished 230-kV circuit breakers,disconnect switches, instrument transformers, steel structures andswitchboards. Provide grounding system, bus system, conduit system,conductor,cable, fiber optic, foundations, electrical equipment, and signs. Removeexisting service building, electrical equipments, and foundationsidentified asDavis Substation, Stage 06. All work shall be in strict compliance withthespecifications and drawings. The project magnitude is estimated between$1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Place of performance is Mohave County, AZ 86429.
