This program will be hosted on vendor's server 19. Language will be English 20. Media Monitoring must incorporate all available U.S. National and International media sources. At a minimum, al major national broadcast stations, all major local broadcast stations, and all broadcasting stations in Oregon. Major International sources that broadcast in english. 21. Broadcast media monitoring at a minimum shall include all cable network stations, customer capability to stream recordings and download clips. Streaming via internet with cability to download in Mpeg, .Mov, .Flv file formats. .Wmv format only is not acceptable. 22. Example list of customer parameters: Nielsen rating, market value, viewership, past comparison, search term comparisons. 23. Customer must be able to view archived data that is collected from the start of the contract-forward. 24. Monitoring Services will be for one year.
