This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No more than 2 users will access the broadcast content at the same time. 17. Archival capability how long should the content be arched for at least one year. 18. Broadcast media monitoring at a minimum shall include all cable network stations, customer capability to stream recordings and download clips. Streaming via internet with cability to download in Mpeg, .Mov, .Flv file formats. .Wmv format only is not acceptable. 22. Example list of customer parameters: Nielsen rating, market value, viewership, past comparison, search term comparisons. 23. Customer must be able to view archived data that is collected from the start of the contract-forward. 24. Monitoring Services will be for one year.
