The FEDBIZOPPS notice for the remove and replacement of the Gasboy and Veeder Root TLS is amended as follows: The response date has been extended to May 1, 2009. Installation of the following items need to be including on original FEDBIZOPPS announcement: 1. Over follow alarm for the veeder root 1 ea $_____________2. Installation of a new Emergency Shut-off Switch 1 ea $___________3. Labor charges for installation 1 job $_____________4. All necessary Taxes (State & Navajo Nation) 1 job $____________ Changes are being include to bring the Underground tank up to Environmental Protection Act Standards for Underground Tanks. All other information publicized in the original synopsis remains the same and in effect.
