J -- JEB CABLE 901 SPLICING INTENDED SOLE SOURCE

This is an intended sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.1.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Tri Com Enterprises, Inc. on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to support the request from NCTAMSLANT to complete all splicing operations involved with replacement of cable 901, located on JEB in Virginia Beach, Virginia from building 3150 to Abbott Road and Amphibious Drive in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution.
