A Draft RFP for the repair of approximately 150 different C-5 aircraft structural components in 1560 Federal Stock Class (FSC) (e.g., inlet cowl, translating cowl, doors, panels, ailerons, slats, etc.) is expected to be released o/a 9 Jan 03 and posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be structured to allow for adding additional C-5 1560 FSC items for repair during the life of the contract, as needed. Data requirements, to include G009 reporting, will be applicable. A ten-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract is contemplated, with a 4-year basic and two 3-year options. Technically Acceptable - Risk/Performance/Price Tradeoff (TA-RPPT) Source Selection procedures will be utilized.
