This is a modification to the original presolicitation notice/market search synopsis for IFB CC-02-09 which was published on April 23, 2002. This is a notification that the IFB will be issued on May 24, 2002 as a TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside. Vendors who originally requested a copy of the IFB as a result of the April 23, 2002 synopsis have been placed on the bidder's mailing list and will automatically receive a copy of the IFB when it is issued. There is no need to request another copy of the IFB if you responded to the April 23, 2002 synopsis. Only those vendors who did not originally request a copy of the IFB should do so by sending an e-mail request to
