Due to system constraints, however, this announcement will be followed by a written solicitation, W91QUZ-09-R-0008, and two (2) attachments - the requirement details and the brand name justification. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517911 Telecommunications Resellers; the Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 number of employees. This requirement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide for the procurement of L-3 Global Communications Systems (GCS) Hawkeye IIE Combat Service and Support (CSS) Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), Qty of 970. The requirement is for the L-3 GCS Hawkeye IIE CSS VSAT brand name only. No other brand names will be considered or accepted.
