This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 80AFRC20R004; this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. Description of requirements for these services see attached: CANTLF Test Article RFP NASA Crossflow Attenuated Natural Laminar Flow (CATNLF) Test Article Design and Fabrication Performance Work Statement (PWS) Q-1 A: Aircraft Assemblies, Parts and Materials and Q-1 C: Certification of Conformance Q-2: Certified Material Test Report and Aircraft Fastener Testing Q-3: Source Inspection and/or Test is Required by NASA Quality Representative Q-4: Electrical Wire for Aircraft and Flight Test Electrical Wire/Cable Q-9: Identification and Data Retrieval Q-10: Process Qualification and Control Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB Destination. Delivery should take place 12.5 months after award of contract. FOB and acceptance point are NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center at Edwards, California.
