70--TACLINK 3000 MODEM CARD

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to enter into negotiations for a firm fixed priced contract on an other than full and open competition basis to Raytheon, 1010 Production Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808 for the following: (1) TacLink 3000 modem board, P/N 726789, 65 each; (2) Cable for PRC-117, P/N 423617, 40 each; (3) Cable for PSC-5, P/N 423050, 30 each; and (4) Cable for PRC-148, P/N 423618, 2- each. The requirement is limited to Raytheon because they are the only company with the required capability that is compatible with existing Navy and Army systems. Any firm believing they can provide the equipment as defined in this synopsis may submit a written response to the Contracting Officer no later than five (5) days after this notification is published. Responses shall provide documentation to include brochures and/or literature t hat shows they can meet the requirements as stated. All requests must reference RFQ number N68936-04-T-0142.
