The VA Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking a contractor for a firm fixed price service contract to provide bread products for the Nutrition and Food Service departments at: Perry Point V A Medical Center, Building H, Perry Point, MD. 21902, Loch Raven Rehabilitation & Community Living Center, 3900 Loch Raven Blvd., Baltimore, MD. 21218 and V A Medical Center, 10 N. Greene Street, Baltimore MD. 21201. Offers shall be considered only from offerors who are regularly established in the business called for and who in the judgement of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. The period of performance will be for a base period beginning October 1, 2010 thru September 30, 2011 with the potential of four (4) additional one-year options.
