***This modification 1 is hereby issued to change the Solicitation Number from 07-222-CYC to 07-220-CYC. All other information will remain unchanged.*** The National Library of Medicine (NLM) intends to procure on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services one (1) subscription for Gartner Industry Advisory Service Gold ? Insurance. The subscription service will provide CMS with a single point of contact to initiate and coordinate IAS Analyst calls and research. The subscription shall be for one user. The proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items.This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available. However, all responsive sources may submit a capabilities statement in a timely manner that will be considered by the Government. Responses must be in writing and must be received in the office within fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this notice. The quoter shall include all information which documents and/or supports the qualification criteria in one clearly marked section of its quotation. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules and regulations applicable to its performance under this order.
