This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-53, Effective 05 July 2011 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DPN 20110629 (Effective 29 June 2011) Edition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W9124R-11-T-1036. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 331111 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Quotes are being solicited on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All quotes shall include transportation costs to USAYPG Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting quotes for MIL-A-12560 Class 1 Steel, Aluminum, Hot Roll Flat Steel, Channel, Angle Steel, WF Beam, and Grade A36 Steel Plate. See attached CLIN Description for size specifications and quantities. Offerors must provide the Unit Price, Total Price, and Total Extended Price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). No partial bids will be accepted. Please annotate on your quote whether you would prefer VISA or WAWF payment. Offerors shall account for any costs associated with accepting credit card payment. This RFQ closes on Thursday, 21 July 2011 at 12:00 Noon Mountain Standard Time (MST). Responses to the RFQ shall be submitted by the closing date indicated in the CSS.
