This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is 100% small business set-aside. All others will be considered non-responsive. Best value to the government will be determined in accordance with FAR 8.405-1(c) (3), with emphasis on 1) price, 2) technical approach-effectively meeting the requirements, 3) past performance the relevance and quality of prior performance for the Government. Contractors final price will include all equipment and shipping charges. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor will identify which items are GSA and which items are open market. The Government requires that all contractors doing business with this agency must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All firms must maintain a current CCR registration throughout the term of the contract. The contractor shall include the following information along with their price proposal: (1) Company name, address, point of contact and CAGE code; (2) Company type small business, 8(a) certified small business, HUBZone certified small business, Service-disabled veteran owned small business.
