USAREUR reserves the right to delete or add to the number of cable drops with written notice to the vendor. Any cost increase or decrease to the government must be negotiated and approved by the designated contracting official for this contract at the time of removal or installation. Contractor shall provide access to a mix of news agencies i.e. Cable News Network (CNN) and Fox News Channel. A balance of coverage should include several international news agencies as well i.e. British Broadcasting Channel (BBC), Sky News (SKY) and Arbeitsgemeinschaft der ffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (ARD).
