Contract(s) are anticipated for a one time delivery of RECs for various Department of Defense and federal civilian locations totaling 652,551 MWh. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-17. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
