Solicitation number W31P4Q-08-Q-0030 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the acquisition of a Lathe from Phillips Corporation on 7390 Coca Cola Drive in Hanover, MD 21076. The US Army Aviation and Missile Command is requesting a quote for a Lathe. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This requirement is includes the following items: CLIN 0001 for a manual engine Lathe Model number 2640. Lathe must be certified explosion proof. Contact POC for additional requirements. All items shall include shipping costs FOB Destination to Redstone Arsenal, AL. All quotes shall include delivery dates expressed in days or weeks from award date. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
