J--39 Maintenance and Repair of 50,000 LB capacity container handlers and 4,000 LB capacity case rough terrain forklifts.

The U.S. Marine Corps, Blount Island Command intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Ring Power for maintenance and repair of 50,000 LB capacity container handlers and 4,000 LB capacity case rough terrain forklifts. Response is required within a two-hour window, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for repair of these container handlers/forklifts during cargo operations. An adequate level of repair parts is required to be maintained for the equipment to ensure minimum down time and reduce associated detention costs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued. No telephone requests will be accepted.
