The purpose of this is to Request a Quote (RFQ) for a fitness center that is located within one (1) block radius of 1201 Maryland Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20472-3720 for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) employees. Simplified procedures, as described in FAR 13, will be utilized for this acquisition as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532292 with a size standard of $7 million. THIS REQUEST IS FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requirements as described in the attached statement of work (SOW), "Attachment 1" and will award a Purchase Order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
