15 -- VOR Antenna Panels

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to replace the Very High Frequency Omni Directional Range Navigation System (VOR) Antenna Panels on the vertical stabilizer of each of the C-130 aircraft at Dyess AFB, TX. All of the services, management, tools, supplies, and equipment will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer's specifications. The first set is to be delivered thirty (30) days ADC and then two panels every month until the 20 sets are complete. The SIC code that applies to the principal nature of this acquisition is 3441; the North American Industry Classification Code is 332312. The small business size standard for this procurement is 500. This is 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Recent, current, and relevant Past/Present Performance Information will be evaluated. This solicitation will be issued on or about 8 July 2002. Only written responses will be accepted.
