Amendment #1 Planning numbers for ROM: 25,000 Users, defined as individuals having access to the portal for the purposes of searching, selecting and requisitioning items. 5,000 Approvers, defined as managers/supervisors, etc in the work stream to review and authorize purchases. Also includes those individuals with authority to purchase directly with the Government Purchase Card. 30 Buyers, as defined as the purchase ordering officials who execute/authenticate the purchase (does not apply to purchases with the Government Purchase Card) 800 Items for purchase carried on the portal
