Due to the volume of proposals received, the revised anticipated award date for the RS3 contracts is March 28, 2017. This was a special notice to announce a DRAFT of the RS3 solicitation, and this notice is now being used to communicate with industry regarding the status of the RS3 acquisition as the actual solicitation notice has been archived on FBO. This is NOT a request for proposals, is NOT an authorization to begin work, and does NOT commit the Government to purchase any services.
