D--Sources Sought - Government intends to award sole source contract for Cable Television Service.

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Wide Open West (WOW)Cable. The Government has a requirement for Cable Television Service. The existing cable TV service is not available form any company other than Wide Open West without a substantial cost to the US Government through un-installation and installation of existing cable boxes and services. WOW is the only company that holds a cable TV franchise agreement on Redstone Arsenal.
