The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has a requirement for Agence France Presse (AFP) online News Monitoring and Reprint Services for the SOUTHCOM Online Magazine Dialogo. This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to negotiate and award a contract on a Sole Source basis with AGENCE FRANCE PRESSE. AFP contains proprietary information and is the only source capable of providing the required services. This requirement includes monitoring of news in the form of text, video, audio, and photo within the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility for articles and stories of interest to the SOUTHCOM Mission. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Three Option Years.
