D -- Portfolio and Account Management (PAM) License, Maintenance and Support Services

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements, with Princeton Financial Systems, Inc. 600 College Road East, Princeton, NJ 08540 to obtain annual license, software maintenance and help desk support pertaining to PBGC's use of the Portfolio and Account Management (PAM) computer application. PAM is a copyrighted software product owned and operated by Princeton Financial Systems, Inc. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for proposal. Submission and delivery of capability statements from interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer by August 20, 2007. See Note 22.
