The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order with a base year and three option years to Lyris Technologies Inc. for continued support of the OCC?s comprehensive broadcast e-mail and e-mail list management program, which OCC supports through the hosted Lyris Listmanager Enterprise Plus Service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.
