The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Library of Congress FedLink contract for computer assisted legal research and retrieval services from Lexis/Nexis for the period October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. The services will be used at CFTC offices in Washington, DC; New York, NY; Kansas City, MO; and Chicago, IL. All responsible sources may respond.
