District Office Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Broadband Network Connectivity

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the United States House of Representatives (House) requires an effective, reliable and cost-efficient voice communications service supporting Congressional District offices. The House seeks to contract with one or more providers to supply broadband internet access coupled with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services in support of this effort. The services will provide each independently operated office with local, long distance and generalized voice services as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This RFP and any amendments, if any, are available electronically through the following website http://www.house.gov/content/vendors/ . Written responses to all questions will be provided in the form of an amendment to this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of proposals is November 30, 2012. No verbal requests for the solicitation package will be honored.
