The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a requirement to acquire the services to provide: Annual On-line Industrial Market Database Subscription, Installed Generation Capacity Database, Power Outage Tracking Database, New Build Generation Tracking Database, Access and Delivery, and Research Hotline services via web-based applications to support FERC's oversight of energy markets per the statement of work (SOW). Documents to be included in quote: firm fixed price quote; name, phone number, DUNS number; Tax Identification Number; and vendor contact information. The government contemplates the award of a single purchase order on a "low price-technically-acceptable" basis. Before the offers specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. The period of performance for the base year of this contract is 09/30/2011 through 09/29/2012. Four one year option pricing is also being requested.
