This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attached RFQ. Competition is limited to the holders of the four BPAs issued by ACC-APG, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. These BPAs are: W91RUS-06-A-0001, W91RUS-06-A-0002, W91RUS-06-A-0003, W91RUS-06-A-0004.
