R -- On-Line Direct Access of Uniform Commercial Code & Federal Tax Lien Information

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Procurement Operations Branch, Western Area is contemplating a sole source acquisition with the California Secretary of State under FAR 6.302-1. The IRS requirement is for On-Line Direct Access of Uniform Commercial Code and Federal Tax Lien information filed with the Secretary of State. The Contract will consist of one eleven month base period and two twelve month option periods, if exercised. The period of performance for the base period is from the date of award through 09/30/2005. Reference IRS Request for Procurement Number (RFP) TIRWR-04-R-00037.
