95 -- Long-term contract for Class 9520

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a long-term contract for FSC 9520, steel angles and shapes, NON-ABS material. Solicitation will be released in the future. One year base, maximum of 4 one-year options not to exceed $5,000,000 in total value per contract.There will be one solicitation with two contracts being awarded: One for East of the Mississippi and one for West of the Mississippi. These will be Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS) type awards from which delivery orders will be placed. An EPA clause will be utilized to annually adjust the unit price (U/P). Awards will be for Direct Vendor delivery and for Stock. Vendors must have EDI capability for the life of the award. This is a total small business set-aside.
