83 -- Glove Inserts- Cold Weather

1)The following changes are hereby incorporated into PD MC 306-99:-The yarn used to manufacture the glove insert shall be 98% cotton and 2% lycra spandex or equal. -The cotton shall be a 36/2 cotton count. -The lycra spandex or equal shall be 40 Denier. -The glove insert shall be treated with a durable water repellant treatment and shall show a Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate: grams/square meter/24 hours of 1100min. when tested in accordance with ASTM E96, Method B. The glove insert shall show a spray rating (initial) of 80 min. when tested in accordance with AATCC 22. 2)Amendments 0002 and 0004 are deleted in their entirety. 3)The closing date for SPM1C1-07-Q-0475 is hereby extended until March 4,2008.
