Mission Installation Contracting Command(MICC) at Fort Sam Houston, in behalf of the US Army Medical Department Center and Schools, JBSA,TX, intends to negotiate sole ( as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) with The American College of Surgeons 633 N Saint Clair St # 2600 Chicago, IL, 60611-3234. The manuals will be provided to the Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact.
