This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requests for Information (RFIs) will not be responded to. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 12 each Air Supported Tents, Extendable, Modular, Personnel (TEMPER) tents. There will be Two CLINS. CLIN 0001 is for twelve (12) Air Supported TEMPER 20 Ft by 21 Ft Green Command Post tents with lights and support package. CLIN 0002 is for transportation of CLIN 0001 from Origin to Fort Riley, KS 66442. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB Destination. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The delivery date will be no later than 25 Sept 2008. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26 effective on June 12, 2008. This requirement is restricted to HUBZone Small Business only. The applicable NAICS code is 314912 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means.
