The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Pacific Barcode, Inc. for various Drug Testing Laboratory and Specimen Labels for the Department of Forensic Toxicology Laboratory at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
