Description: The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Southern Tier (GLAC-ST) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Eaton Associates, Inc. of Westborough, MA to provide Nationwide Site License Renewal for "Pink Sheets Subscription, for the VA Pharmacy Benefits Management Services, located on the Edward Hines Jr., VA Campus, at Building #37, Hines, IL This is an annual renewal for exclusive copyright material provided solely by the stated contractor, for "Pink Sheets", a weekly publication on pharmaceutical data associated with drug recalls, new molecular entities, and the FDA status of manufacturing facilities. Based upon the needs of the VA, the procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 511120. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements stated here, it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of this synopsis publication.
