Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source purchase order for subscription to the Leadership Library directory

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Leadership Directories, Inc. for subscription to the Leadership Library, which is an online directory of contact and biographical information, organizational structure and hierarchy, of U.S. Government, corporate, legal, media and nonprofit organizations. The contracting officer has determined that Leadership Directories, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The Leadership Library directory contains unique information which is produced under copyright and not available from any other source. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Leadership Directories, Inc. on or about May 17, 2016. The period of performance of the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) Base Year and three (3) Option Years. The total award value will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
