36C25220Q0877 Notice of Intent to Sole Source Reference FAR 6.302-1 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring an Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) System, OPTOVUE Brand Name Only, to be utilized at the Adam Benjamin Jr. Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Eye Clinic. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis i/a/w: FAR 13.106- 1(b), a purchase order to OPTOVUE, INC., 2800 Bayview Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b). The applicable NAICS Code is 333314 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received by 10:00 AM on September 11, 2020 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
