This requirement is for engraved plastic laminate nametags for the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Carlise PA. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated, with one base year and four one year option periods. Quotes shall be evaluated, inclusive of the option years, on the total of all estimated quantities. The NAICS code is 339914. Specifications Vendor supplies a 3"X1" plastic laminate nametag with the USAWC crest laser engraved on left side of nametag (gold and silver). First and last name of person engraved on center of nametag, in black capital letters using a block font. Second line will be engraved on students (AY12), IF's (country), command wing (title), and special events (SSCF, AGNSS, SRCOC, etc.) on bottom right of nametag. Backing of nametags will be either magnet, pin, or clip closure. This price includes the cost of materials, labor, and delivery to the USAWC.
