This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to furnish and plant approximately 31,195 trees and bare root planting in accordance with the attached Scope of Work to the Lower Skagit River Levee System - Dike District 12, 1319 S. Anacortes St, Burlington, Skagit County, Washington during the period of June 15, 2011 through October 31, 2011.
