The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Fiscal Year 2010 (January 1, 2010 though September 30, 2010): "Provide the Eastern Colorado Area Office, Flatiron / Estes Park area support for gasses used in the power plants and facilities on an on-call basis to include welding gas, nitrogen, hydrogen, and cylinder rental to Flatiron area plants." Reclamation will not issue a Request for Quotation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. This award will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 454312 and a size standard of 50 Employees.
